Following a very valuable, interesting and dynamic 2 days workshop at the Mumbai Action Days last week, we are pursuing our push towards building the foundations of the Ecosystem Business Architecture - TM Forum's industry-first collaboration initiative with senior industry experts and professionals.

Ecosystem business, integration and management

- What is the EBA and why do we need it as an "industry"?
- Answering questions such as:
- How can my organisation find and maintain its place in an ecosystem?
- How to manage multiple partnership and multiple roles in multiple ecosystems?
- What do we need to master and guarantee as an organisation in this context?
- The work so far, moving forward and how to get involved in this industry-first initiative?
In this session, we will explore the roles MNVOs, traditional CSPs, technology partners and industry vertical enterprises can occupy in the multi-trillion-dollar opportunity IoT and ecosystem-based businesses offer. We'll engage in open discussions and brainstorming around partnerships, business models, challenges and requirements to balancing risk and reward in this fast-paced, constantly-evolving reality. How can organisations integrate and manage various ecosystems and maintain their position in the face of constant innovation and disruption, and assure their revenues? We'll aim to uncover value through collaboration and identify methods and tools which facilitate success in the connected digital economy.
