    Hi all, 

    For those of you attending or interested in attending TM Forum Action Week Lisbon next week, I wanted to let you know about a few working sessions we'll be holding on an invitation only basis, but for which you can request an invitation by getting in touch with me. These sessions will aim to establish a series of digital ecosystem KPIs to accurately and objectively measure success in the ecosystem economy. We will also aim to create an initial draft of what will become an ecosystem business architecture identifying and mapping business challenges and capabilities most relevant and valuable in this same context. This is a huge undertaking that will span all aspects of organisations and their ecosystems from governance to business assurance, to customer experience management, to leveraging emerging technologies...
