Talking SDN/NFV and infuse BSS/OSS can confuse things.
One thing is to define SCP as a network element and manage the network element, a complete different thing is f.ex. billing or order management, these are not network functions, but they can run on a SCP.
The same goes for SDN and NFV - these are two different things.
Hence questions need to be better focused.
