Hi Jacob
I recommend you look at the ODA use cases,
published here.
The various use cases (e.g. 2, 3, 4) show how APIs can be sequenced together for pre-ordering and ordering flows, including service qualification at a given address.
Good luck.

Subject: Help with Service Availability and Offering
My company is starting on the journey of completely replacing our legacy tech stack with a new enterprise-level tech stack and we have decided to use the TMForum specs to tie this new stack together. We are a bit stuck on the pre-order/ordering process as we are having a hard time finding the proper path from GeogrphicAddress (673) + Party (632) > isServiceable > availableProducts[]. We have been staring hard at the 679, 620, and 645 specs and this has led to a few different camps forming. When we found the diagram in the introduction of the 645 spec, we thought we had found the answer, but alas it leaves room for plenty of questions as well.
Since none of us have implemented TMForum before, we thought to seek the advice of fellow TMForum members who have. Do any of you care to share your thoughts on how this should be done with TMForum?
A use case for the process we are working with would be a potential business customer at 123 Main St Alpharetta GA in our Western Georgia market from our SE region wishes to have internet service at their new office. We need to ensure our plant is connected to that address, we offer internet service there, and offer a product large enough to meet their needs.
