As perhaps you pointed out, Product (in Product Inventory TMF637) has a list of realizing resources - presumably one of these will be the guiding resource for charging.
The account receiving the charge would be the billing account attached to the product, and the tariff would be the product price of type usage that is attached to the product.
There may well be some things that are not modeled today in the Open API, such as guiding rules, perhaps enhancements are needed.

I understand that you are looking for how to match Usage events to a Product instance. What you are missing is Service inventory. An identifier in the Usage event would be matched to one in the Service instance and thereby the Product instance.

I am looking for Open API which can help in passing the phone nbr or event source or VOIP nbr or IP address during product inventory ordering process. I have seen TMF 637 has got some resource field which says "tel Nbr" but associated details for activation of event source like Rating tariff, guiding rule, event type, billing label, credit limit, receiving account etc. which are kind of very important for Usage rating determination are not present.
Please suggest if we have came across similar use cases.
