I need some help to map the understanding of customer order workflow management in TAM to the Open APIs.
In TAM, Customer Order workflow management has
Customer Order Item Decomposition which is described as "Customer Order Item Decomposition prepares the customer order structure for breakdown into customer order items.".
From a buyer's perspective, a customer order is a product order which he is availing through a CRM. In that sense, it is a CRM system's responsibility to break this product order into the product order items.
However, does that mean it also needs to prepare service order for the OM/Fulfilment system or the handover between a CRM and an OM is at product order and product order item level?
