Open APIs

Hi Friends,

We have a monolithic address repository system, we are working towards exposing TMF Open APIs and modernize the application. We are looking TMF673 for address related operations. We need to publish events from the system in case any address is updated/Deleted can you please help me understand how this can be done. is it something missing and should be added?
Events mentioned in the definition seems to be present for address validation lifecycle only. 

Let me know if my understanding is not correct or we should look for any other API

As I noted on your post in a different thread, there is an open defect report on this, and correction is being made. I don't have visibility about when the correction will be approved and published.
