Which open API should be used for retrieving the customer subscription details/assets?

I would suggest TMF 637 Product Inventory Management (https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/download/attachments/96570230/TMF637_Product_Inventory_Management_API_REST_Specification_R18.0.0.pdf?api=v2)
This would allow you to filter the inventory by customer ID and thus get the customer's products.
Note that the term Subscription is not really recognized or defined in TMF models.

    Thank you Jonathan.
There is one more doubt if you can help. Can you suggest which API to use for debt or dunning related activities for e.g. retrieving dunning information like dunning status, dunning steps, action etc?

Unfortunately there is not (yet) an API design for collection/dunning. APIs need members to step up and ask for the work and carry it out :).
I refer you to the list of published APIs at https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/Open+API+Table

    Hi Payel,

I see that the Dunning related APIs are part of roadmap.

Refer the below document for more details:

Indeed, a Dunning API is not currently in active planning, to the best of my knowledge.

    Hi Jonathan,

Is Dunning API back on the API roadmap? Your message above in old so I believe roadmap on Dunning API must have been updated now.

Is there any other API which I can refer for Dunning use case, in case Dunning has become part of another API, e.g., Account management API.

    Best regards,

    Hi
I'm afraid that there is no news on this in terms of API planning, as far as I am aware.
The TM Forum is a member-driven organization, and I am sure that the Open API team would welcome crowd-sourced member contributions.
If you think that this is feasible, you might want to discuss with your Vodafone Group colleague @Steve Harrop, one of the Open API team leads, to see how to procieed.
