    Hi Thien

Welcome to the Open API community - wishing you every success in your Open API journey.
First an administrative step - I note that Viettel is a member of TM Forum, so you can register as a user on the TMF site here, if you didn't do that yet. Use your work email address so that the registration process can identify you as a Viettel employee.
After registration, you can access the published Open API materials starting at the portal here: https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/TM+Forum+Ecosystem+API+Portal
You really need to examine the current list of Open APIs and see which ones match your business. Probably a good way to start is to construct sequence diagrams for common business flows, this will help you identify the integration points between your software models, and then start to match these to Open API operations.

    Hope it helps

    Hi Jonathan Goldberg

Can you suggest to me some Open API related to our network management and trouble ticket management?
    Ex: TMF639 is ok ?

The Open API table shows you a wide variety of APIs covering both BSS and OSS areas.
Specifically for trouble ticket, you might consider TMF656 and TMF621.
Network management is a very wide area, and it surely depends what your exact needs are. TMF639 is a resource inventory API and might indeed be useful.
There are several experts in our community, I'd like to call out @Johanne Mayer and @Vance Shipley among others, who might be able to give you more focused assistance. But you'll need to describe your needs more specifically.
    Hope it helps.

    Hi Thien,

Welcome to the community, you are in good hand with @Jonathan Goldberg. My focus is on helping service providers decouple their networks from their IT (BSS/OSS) at the service level using Network as a Service (NaaS) set of APIs.  The emphasis is at the service level so IT systems don't need to know or understand the resource level. Resource level is handled within the network domain and only service affected would go up to the IT systems. NaaS is not a product or solution you buy but more a framework on how to operate so you can be more agile in creating new products and offers to customers while in parallel changing your network suppliers or moving from PNF to VNF without impacting your BSS.  If this is of interest you can review the update I provided on NaaS work within the TMF at:

Thanks @Johanne Mayer for stepping in. @Thien Thieu Van please note that Johanne has pointed you to a document that may not be publicly available. You'll need to join the ODA collaborative project to see this, follow the links from the main TM Forum website.
