These are the ServiceAvailability and ServiceActivation datetimes.Can anyone give me more details about the two datetimes? What is the meaning behind them?I understand ServiceActivation as the point in time when a service might be usable for the end customer. The real measures depend on what the customer wants to control and has the visibility to improve the processes or specific reqs.
Service Availability Date is the Date from when Service can be available , there are some long running infrastructure building process in case of Layer 2/Layer 3 VPN, Access Network Reediness, Last Mile Readiness. Services which requires those infrastructure need to await for few days once the readiness of the infrastructure becomes from In progress to In Service State.
