    Hello
We are working on Carrier management tool and for same want to build API to post maintenance activities to our carrier partners and other internal tools.

Can you suggest possible OPEN API to be used?

A model for scheduled maintenance was developed in the ITU X.790 standard for

TROUBLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTION FOR ITU-T APPLICATIONS  which is specifically focussed on intercarrier operations

However this functionality has not been included in the Open API TMF 621  Trouble ticketing

I imagine looking at X.790 would allow you to establish the requirements and it might be the basis for a new specification or Change request on TMF 621

ITU-T X.790 is available on ITU-T site  at https://www.itu.int/en/Pages/default.aspx  and the standards for X series are at
    https://www.itu.int/ITU-T/recommendations/index.aspx?ser=X

Note this is based on OSI management using CMIP GDMO. but the analysis information is still relevant for carrier interconnect maintenance.
However be aware that it is based on a database synchronization model rather than a task based model which means interoperability depends  on additional operational agreements . some early work was done on creating  task based operations  in EURESCOM  P612 and adding those to the base X 790 spec.  However looking at the EURESCOM site https://www.eurescom.eu/  I don't see the project archives for around 1999.
