To the best of my knowledge, there is no Open API for the area of managing surveys. You would need to consider the various aspects of the survey, such as creating the questions, selecting the target population, sending the survey, receiving and checking the answers, and analyzing. The analysis might lead to the conclusion that multiple APIs are needed.
From SID perspective, a survey could perhaps be considered as a specific type of Business Interaction, but I would defer to the SID leaders

Is there a SID and API reference for surveys and questionnaires?
A business case for this is if I intend to run a survey uniformly across all my channels. The survey question and answers must be experienced uniformly and I can start a survey via USSD for instance, and complete the survey on my self-service portal.
Would be glad if I could get a response.
