Are there any commercial companies involved (Netcracker, Salesforce/Click Software, Oracle,...)?
As work is often created from the fulfilment / technical provisioning process as well as from the servicing/repair process, it might be wise for the use cases to make a link to these.
There's a link to an order (in our SID model & in the current beta API) but not to a repair/incident case or ticket I think (as such not a big deal as both are business interactions, but maybe we could model it more generically or put both links in)?
We are looking into this TMF697 as a candidate for a new implementation but there is of course the risk that this is still too beta (read = first one to try out..) - any idea when the first draft version of the user guide would be ready @Pierre Robitaille ?

I looked at the swagger and I was a bit disappointed to see that it is not really alligned with the SID model.
According to "GB922_common_v21 2.6.7 WorkOrders" both the WO and the WO items are linked to projectElements.
At the lowest level that means a WO item doesn't link to "Work" but it links to "Activity".
Using that model it also links to an ActivitySpec and a catalog of activities. I really feel this catalog aspect is really overlooked in this Beta version.
Workforce management systems typically already have this concept of activity catalog and we should be able to refer to that.

The workOrder API is work in progress but the swagger has been approved, so it will be available very soon on the TMF open API git hub. Probably @Alan Pope can update this when the swagger is available.
For the other artefacts like the userGuide this is on our to-do list under @Pierre Robitaille leadership.
