    Hi All,

When we need to notify customers regarding changes in "Change Request" or "Trouble Ticket" or "Service Catalogue" or any other resource of interest to customer, what is the standard way to notify the customer. Should it be through corresponding "Notification" operations which requires the customers to host a call back end point or is there any other standard method?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi

When you say Customer, I guess you mean the consumer of the API, or any other software component that needs to be aware of the change.
Historically, publish and subscribe in the Open API world was point-to-point, so yes you had to set up a callback.
This should no longer be necessary, with the Event API TMF688 giving a centralized alternative (abstracting mechanisms such as Kafka, Rabbit, etc.). The swagger is published on the early access Open API page, while the user guide is in progress.
@Thomas Braun may be able to give you additional assistance.

    Hope it helps.
