    Hi Sarah
When you say Product, I guess you mean Product Specification, since products are what are owned by customers (in inventory).
    Offers are Product Offerings.
Both of these are managed in TMF620 Product Catalog Management.
But there is no operation for comparing - it could be argued that this is a UI or Experience layer functionality, not appropriate for backend.
    Hope it helps

    Sarah,
Perhaps you could clarify your question. I was going to suggest TMF680 Product recommendation, which could also help customer make decision on which product to buy. but then I now realize it's been archived.
In my experience, , it was exactly like Jonathan suggested:
an API provides product offerings and their related specifications.
the front end UI is then designed to present the  product offerings and their specifications in a table where users/customers can compare them.
The UI would highly differences or key differentiators (highest speed, the lowest price etc)

    Thanks Matthew
Just a clarification about TMF680, the current version has indeed been archived, due to TMF policy of relegating APIs below v4 to the historical table. But a new version of TMF680 has been published at the early access table here.
With that, offer comparison is not within the scope of TMF680, as far as I am aware.
