TMF621-how to model status when ticket is created

    Hi

    TMF621 does not mention any status before ticket is validated.
    How do I capture the status when ticket is created? That is before the validation happens
    I want to capture a ticket is created but not validated(so cannot go to acknowledged or rejected)

    Hi
    We assuming that TT is pre-validated before persistent. In case you want to add a new state before the validation you can extend the lifecycle. Do you have a suggestion for such preliminar state.

    Thanks for your response Jacob

    In my current project, Business wants to have a 'reported' state which indicates ticket is raised but not validated.
    I was skeptical in extending the lifecycle given the same API will be used to interface with other standard COTS.

    Any thoughts how to handle this?
