    Hi,

     

    I have a quick question around Customer Problem Management and CRM cases in general.

    Which Open API to use on BSS to create Customer Problems (i.e. Billing Disputes, Service Faults, Back Office Cases)?

     

    I believe for faults; Trouble Ticket and Service Problem Management API's can be used.

    Perhaps you are aware of the complete table of published APIs at https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/Open+API+Table
    You can access the specs and swagger files at this table.
    To my best understanding, Service Problem Management is intended for internal use (e.g. for partners to report problems), not customer-facing. For customer-level problems, use the Trouble Ticket API.
