  • 1.  TMF621 - Trouble Ticket & SID Model

    I am working on trouble ticket standardized model where I chose to work on SID model. But, it seems SID model for Trouble ticket ABEs is still in progress. Is there any specific guidance or way forward for trouble ticket standardized data model which I can take as a reference.

    Hi Tamal
    Is there a reason you posted this in the Open API message board, not (say) in the ODA/Frameworx board?
    But since you are here, take a look at the model in the Trouble Ticket API (TMF621), this might assist you.
    And perhaps @Cecile Ludwichowski or @Kevin Scaggs can assist regarding the status of the SID.

    My intention is to create an unified data model based on SID model & then follow mapping guidance to TMF621, which is missing here.
