    Hi all,

    I have questions about the Trouble Ticket API REST Specification documentation, Are we given the rights to supply this PDF to our clients or reproduce parts with reference to original document? Seems I am going to re-write or re-use quite a lot of the document and I don't want to if I don't have to. :)

    Probably best to take up with TMF admin people such as @Alan Pope - hope it helps
    Perhaps you could help by explaining why you need to rewrite, and if such a rewrite wouldn't help the TMF document itself.​

    we are currently implementing the trouble ticket specification and have a partial implementation working towards a full implementation, I don't want have to re-write the pdf to give our partial implementation and just want to provide our customer with the complete spec and say what are current limitations are, seems like a waste of time to do this, but didn't know what rights we have to reuse parts of the document for what distribution rights there where with the PDF's
