    I am looking for APIs for representing Network alarm predictions and Performance metric Anomalies. Could someone please suggest suitable Open APIs for these two use cases? Thanks in advance.

    For a start, take a look at the Alarm Management API TMF642 - assets available here.
    You might also find the Performance API TMF628 useful - a new version is in preparation with the swagger available here.
