There is none. We have a few entities in the Open API model that are not managed explicitly, Channel is one of these, Pricing Logic Algorithm is another.
The assumption is that (currently) these entities are maintained in systems outside the scope of the Open API, quite possibly manually. And so it's enough to refer to them without modeling them.
