    Hello Members,

    A master customer account has different products - Postpaid SIM (primary), Prepaid SIM, Data SIM for iPad/Tablet etc. The master customer wants to manage all of these different products under one Mobile App installed on his primary phone. The master customer can switch to any product to view its details and perform any operations (such as top up, add data, bill pay etc.) as how he does for the primary product.

    1. TMF629 Customer Management
    2. TMF632 Party Management

    Can these OpenAPIs alone be used to show different products under a master account? If these need to be combined with other OpenAPIs, what would you suggest?

    Thank you so much for your time and help.

    Please refer to this recent community post, where I explained how Products in the inventory are linked to customers and accounts, in the Product Inventory API TMF637.
    Hope it helps.

    Thank you very much as always, Jonathan.

    I thought I could use TMF637 only to get the information of the products such as a Digital TV, and a Broadband that an account subscribed to [Case A]. And, I never thought that I could still use TMF637 for Case B, too.

    Case A: Mobile App of Postpaid Account
    1. Postpaid Account
         1.1 Broadband
         1.2 Digital TV

    Case B: Mobile App of Postpaid Account
    1. Postpaid Account
        1.1 {it will have Broadband and Digital TV subscriptions anyway}
    2. Prepaid Account
       2.1 {it will have its associated products/services}
    3. Data Account
        3.1 {it will have its associated products/services}

    Thanks,
    Madhan

    Hi Madanram,

    TMF637 is for managing the Product Inventory and in  case B you have 3 records in the Product Inventory for the Customer Account. There has to be a mapping to the Customer Account to the 3 records.
    In traditional parlance this is 3 Service Accounts for the same Customer Account and these 3 Service Accounts  map to the 3 records in the Product Inventory.
    Once this mapping is achieved,  it is easy to perform MCAD operations.
