Is there a release schedule published somewhere?
Is there a target date for 17.5 to become current?
For planning purposes when might we expect 18.0?

    Vance, hi.

The collaboration freeze dates are published here; https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/TP/Collaboration+Calendar

As to when the releases become current after the freeze date, it typically takes 6 to 8 weeks after the freeze date for the first tranches of documents to be put out for Member comment and at least 30 days after that, to be put out for Corporate Approval, which takes a further two weeks. So, the fully approved release takes a while to progress though the system - but the documents are ready in draft in the meantime, so it slightly depends what you mean by " for R17.5 to become current".

For R18, the freeze date will be 18/June/2018.

One last point; not all documents need to wait for the release freeze date. While the core Frameworx files all get released as a set at the end of a release cycle, many individual documents (and we are looking to do this more & more) get released as they become ready during the release.

I hope that helps, many thanks, D.
