    in mtosi4.0, sap was designed as a member of service inventory data type:
    1serviceDefinitionList
    2serviceTemplateList
    3serviceCatalogList
    4cfsList
    5rfsList
    6sscList
    7sapSpecList
    8sapList

    and "ServiceType" contains a list of SAP:
    <xsd:element name="sapList" type="tns:ServiceAccessPointType" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

    in new open API, not see the SAP type and inventory, where it's moved?

    What you are looking for may be found in the TM Forum Information Framework (SID) (GB922) in the TIP Service Management ABE:

    As you can see in the included UML ServiceAccessPoint (SAP) creates a navigable relationship between Service and Resource:

    However MTOSI (and TIP) doesn't get implemented in the Open APIs.  The Service resource in TMF638, TMF640, etc. includes the supportingResource attribute where you may include a reference to a Resource thereby creating the association from Service to Resource.

    It should also be noted that ResourceFunction (TMF664) includes a connectionPoint attribute which references Resources acting as SAPs for the ResourceFunction.
