    Can I suggest you frame your query with more detail.
    For example:
    • Are you referring to consuming Open APIs, or rather exposing Open APIs as a provider
    • APIs come in different sizes and complexities, e.g. TMF620 Product Catalog has many managed entities, TMF622 Product Order has only one managed entity but a complex model, etc. It may be difficult to come up with a single metric to cover this

    Hi Jonathan Goldberg,

    I'm referring exposing Open APIs as a provider.  I understand your point of view to consider sizes and complexities as metrics to create the rational for effort estimation (developing). I will give an example what I need:
    Complexity | TMForum Open APIs Development hours per API
    Simple 56
    Medium 96
    Complex 156
