Couple of other document to look at in addition to those that Abdul listed
GB999 ODA Production Implementation Guidelines v4.0.1 This Provided guidance on how to implementions ODA production based on experiences form ad number of 5G catalysts
the point is that services exposed by ODA Production should be based on CFS services and NaaS specifically.
As Abdul pointed out the primary goal is to abstract away the details of the the resources in the service and look at connectives Services and how these can be modelled using SID. endpoint of service do in practice have to describe the specifics of the technology i.e level 1 /2/3/7 based terminations/interconnect
There was quite a lot of work done in this activity to improve some of examples in the the associated SID guides notably
GB922 Resource v21.0.0
GB922 Service v21.0.0
As you mention RFS you might want to also to look at Resource Functions((RF) in
GB922 Resource v21.0.0 section 3.2.12 and especially
Figure Res.11 - ResourceFunctionSpec ProvidedBy relationships (OLD RS.04) pg 48
RF have some advantages in implementions where the resources include virtualised resources . RFS isn't as flexible for these situations and indeed in the SID Configuration ABE there was a proposal to deprecate RFS because of the restrictions it implies( see fig cited above) . However This hasn't been done because of legacy. There is more background to this virtualisation consideration in

Is there any material that described difference between NaaS and RFS?
