We are working on creating Open API equivalent calls for our existing API's.
We are currently studying the Customer Management, Party Management API's. We understand that Customer is inherited from PartyRole class. We have depicted our understanding in the diagram below and would greatly appreciate if it is validated.
Queries:
1. What does the customer represent, is it equivalent to the type of customer, example Residential, SOHO etc? Or does it represent the actual customer?
2. What does the RelatedPartyRef mean in the context of Customer class? Any telco examples will be helpful
3. What does PartyTypeRole refer to? Does it represent partnerships between 2 organizations?
