Hi Smark
The Open API table is updated continuously to show pointers to the most recently published Open API materials, once all the required assets are available for an API.
You might want to look also at the
early access table, where API assets are published for, well, early access, before all the assets are available.

Like some pages of https://projects.tmforum.org/wiki/display/API/Open+API+Table, some pages have a long time not update the last update maybe 2 or 3 years ago, are all content still under tracing and valid now? if some page content already losing update or invalid just mark it as deprecated to make new comer easy to get the valid content?
