You can of course extend the API to add this cost, as an attribute on Product, or perhaps on ProductPrice. But perhaps this needs further analysis. The cost might itself be a onetime cost with no ongoing implications, or an ongoing (recurring) cost. And what does it mean by "cost" anyway.

There is a Product Specification Cost class in Product Specification. 637 doesn't support this.
