    Hello All,

    Can you please suggest which API should be used for Customer's marketing preferences, Survey preferences and information preferences?

    I don't see anything in the Customer or Party Management API.

    You can simply use Characteristic to store customer preferences in TMF632 Party Management API.  Store anything you want for an Individual or Orginization.

    You may also want to look at TMF681 Communication API, to capture the interaction.

    There was a planned API for Customer Preferences, but this has currently been shelved, it would need an interested party to step in and take on the work to promote and design the API.
    And regarding TMF681 - Communication - I don't believe that this is intended for managing interactions - for that we have TMF683 - Party Interaction.

    I see an API Privacy Management. How is Privacy Management and Customer Preferences?

    Example, a scenario where we capture Customer's marketing preferences, Survey preferences and information preference. Each of these have  attributes like email address and weather that email address is authorized for marketing. Which API align's to this, is it Privacy or Customer Preferences?

    To my understanding, TMF644 (Privacy Management) is the API that allows an individual to say which of her information can be used, and for what purposes. You can see this, perhaps, in the examples in the document, e.g. use of email (was not able to copy the example as the PDF is configured not to allow copying).
