TMF653 - Service Test Management API - No Catalog implementation for Service Test Specification

    Hi,

    Can someone clarify as why there is no Catalog implementation for ServiceTestSpecification (TMF653) the was we have service (TMF640) or serviceOrder (TMF641)?

    We have Catalog, Category, Candidate and Specification to expose a service definition in TMF633, however TMF653 just has TestSpecification and no clear indication as how this is going to be exposed to consumer.

    Also does it make sense for us to split the design time (TestSpecification) and run time (ServiceTest)?
