    Hello,

I'm looking at a use case where two parties in a B2B relationship, e.g. supplier and partner, have to communicate with each other in several steps, for example to clarify incidents with each other. As a comparison, imagine a supplier who uses a JIRA as a ticket system in which the partner reports a problem.

My question now is whether an Open API is suitable for handling the communication between the two parties, which could take place in several steps consisting of messages and attachments as well as possibly meta information. I found TMF 681, which seems to me to be very suitable and universally usable, even if the documentation seems to refer only to "Customer Interaction Management". In my relevant use case, supplier and partner would probably communicate with each other in the context of "Party Interaction Management".

Does that sound meaningful in the sense of Frameworx or am I really wrong?

    Thanks in advance!
