    Hi,

    How do you effectively prioritize products or projects in a Custumer Centric Fixed Mobile Telecom? I´m a familiarize with the Phase and Gate Model but struggling finding an efficient way to systematize the prioritization process. Ideally, the system should also help to manage initiatives.
