Hi Tom and Mohit - Not sure if you are aware, but our Company, EnterpriseWeb, which ran ETSI NFV proof-of-concept #1, "CloudNFV" and has won 6 consecutive TMF Live and Infocus awards, offers Service Orchestration, Resource Orchestration (NFVO) and generic VNFM.
