Instead of offering bandwidth or more MB what if they offer G-suite for all corporative subscribers. A telecom provider can buy services to application providers for resale as part of mobile plan.
Other example, to incentive the recharges for prepaid subscribers some operator can offer access to popular applications usually not free.
The idea is give a new form of value to subscribers to gain their loyalty. Again the Telecom providers have their services as commodities and there is no differentiation between them. Only who can take advantage of new paradigm will be a leader.
