We have found 2 API in TM Open API TMF666 and TMF363 which are more related to account management and Billing Account Management.

We are unable to identify which API can be used to integrate with Billing system. Can someone guide me which API can be used to integrate with Billing system.

    Account Management API - TMF666
    Billing Management API - TMF636

PLease let us know incase you need more clarity.

    Hi Sameer,

Are you referring to the update of the Billing Account?
If, yes, then TMF666 should be used.

If you are referring to the update of the Customer Account, then TMF629 is the right API.
But please note that operations done via TMF 629 will have to also trigger TMF666 based on the changes done (if the change impacts the Billing Account  data).

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jagadish

    Hi,
In Customer Management API (TMF629, Release 18.0.0, June 2018 )
What does an engaged party mean??
whether it is a third party vendor for the service provider or what??
If anyone knows about this please reply back.

    Thanks,
    Gnanesh

    Hi,

An engaged party is someone who has a relationship with the enterprise.
It can be an Individual consumer, an enterprise customer or a supplier.
It is a multi - role feature.

    Jagadish
