I've got a following requirement from our business team:
- Create a new balance for ours customers with a limited use for just VAS (
value-added service), that balance is not progressive, is renewable monthly and for a first moment must be limited for VAS. Must be possible check that balance online and must be possible configure some triggers to notify our customer for some market campaign.
Wondering in a well-defined architecture, high cohesiving and with separation of concerns, can I use a OCS solution for provide this balance management with this scope or it is not a scope of a OCS solution and Should I use a Loyalty Management Solution to fulfill this requiriments
