What is your vision on managing end-to-end NFV/SDN services across multiple Service Provider domains (2 or more Service Providers)?

TM Forum published early in the ZOOM project

TR178 Enabling End-to-End Cloud SLA Management V2.0.2   which is relevant and based on earlier work in

IG1120 Virtualization Impact on SLA Management R14.5.1

It is also based on the use of Open APIs and the  general B2B2X approach for DSP documented in:

    GB981 B2B2X Accelerator Introduction V0.8.2
      (  and IG1105 Implement Wholesale B2B for a Network Operator V0.3.1)

GB981’s objective is to establish B2B2X partnering arrangements between multiple partners in an agile, proven and repeatable manner at industrial scale. The key business goals are to create the ability to set up quickly partnering arrangements, to on-board new partners with a consistent repeatable process, to be able to change products used between partners and evolve the partnership.

The origins of GB981 work are in  wholesale B2B interconnection processes and interfaces deployed in the UK, and documented by NICC ( mostly BT work) – with around 200 deployments;   and NBN Co Australia with about 20-30 deployments ( based on Australian Comms Alliance standards which are based on NICC work but in some ways are easier to read  as they better structured .)

This Guidebook  evolved it three additional materials:

IG1105 Implement Wholesale B2B for a Network Operator V0.3.1   is Wholesale B2B focussed application of

    GB982 B2B2X Partnering Developer Pack V0.6.1

And into an online Partnering Guide

TR211 Online B2B2X Partnering Step by Step Guide R16.5.0

This is being actively used in our Open Digital Program  supporting IoT and Smart Cities.

Hope this is enough reading material  :-)
