Do we have any documents that represent Roaming Assurance flows? Also if anybody has the framework for Roaming Assurance, Please share.

GB941-E - RA Coverage Model – Risk Inventory,  has a mapping of typical Reveneue Assurance risks for Roamming. 
Please note the actual verssion of this document is from 2012, an updated version of GB941-E is beeing reviewed this days by the Buisness Assurance team, if you join the team you can review and use this version before its official release.

Checked coverage model which you have specified, but it is more of a Revenue Assurance thing and having very little info about Roaming Assurance.
