How would you include Network Performance Metrics, such as delay, one-way delay, variation of the 2, packet loss, burst, available bandwidth, etc. into Network management? It would be helpful to include how to establish metric taking instances (define end points, etc.) as well as how to ingest measurements.------------------------------
