    Hello,

Some of you have created a Model of Relationships of Elements of Configuration (CIs) for a CMDB that supports all the infrastructure of the network (radiobases, radiofrequency, batteries, microwaves, etc.) to support the processes of attention of failures, management of changes , problems, requirements, for the NOC.

Do you have some examples  or advice?

    Hi, Erik,

Take a look at this one: https://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/doc/database-schema/otrs-3.1-database.png

This picture is one of the many, as a result to my google search with 'otrs database model'.

OTRS is a well known IT Service Management and lifecycle support tool, sort of somehow competing with Remedy or Service Now (not comfortable at all to suggest any kind of comparison).

I think you might find you are looking for by taking a look at different diagrams that you can reach with this search (the sample above, in a quick look, I could not identify the CMDB model; it seems rather more related to tickets, but I ensure you from a past experience that OTRS has a robust and flexible support to CMDB).

    Cheers,
