Hi all,
It might seem like a silly ask, but I am writing a thesis on Digital Transformation within telecom companies across Europe. A key focus of this would be understanding more about the key tasks involved with the Maturity Model and where current companies would rank on their automation journey.
I can't seem to find much information on this, so does anyone in the community know good articles, research or insights which I can use?
The main aim for me would be to understand how advanced different areas of Europe are and then compare to countries such as Japan.
