We've got used to working virtually and things may never fully go back to how they used to be so we're thinking about the human to human contact that we're missing.
Studies show that 'water cooler talk' can have big benefits. So how do we gain these benefits when the participants (TM Forum members) work across many companies and many timezones?
Here are some of the things we're thinking about at the moment. We have lots of ideas but it's more important to hear what you think.
1. How can we be offer better networking at virtual events?
2. How can we matchmake for Catalysts virtually?
3. What would make this Community site work better for you?
On number 3 so far I've found there was a long delay between posting and seeing my first post (although this one worked straight away) and I can't edit the heading (hence this second post). What else doesn't work right?
If you had a blank sheet of paper to design a new Community site what would it have?
If you have thoughts on any or all of these please comment below; no idea is too crazy!
