Hi Uday,
Over the last 15 years we have been developing and optimising a network orchestration and automation framework so have a lot of experience in this field.
We have taken the approach to digitize the service designs though modeling and then use network abstraction to automate service creation and then auto provision configs with smart templates. All via one unified, central config change management.
As there is no need to use vendor EMS or manual cli, there is always some cultural resistance. But once the engineers see, it's all transparent and based on their own engineering logic, there is no problem.
The biggest challenge is always the standardisation of oss/api information and network designs to get E2E orchestration.
More than happy to chat. We have presence India, so might be able to assist you.
Kind regards,
Wim

How is your organization dealing with the challenges of architecting an E2E orchestrator? I'm interested in hearing details regarding technical, process linked and cultural.
