    I ask if any of you know if there is a Benchmark study that considers only the telecommunications industry on the following metrics for Network services.

    MTTR
    MTBF
    Incident Backlog
    Availability
    ITIL Change Management
    ITIL problem management
    ITIL CMDB
    ITIL KM
    ITIL Request Fulfillment

    Interesting to go deeper on operational processes but your question is quite large, I think you can find more information on ITIL sites rather than TMF site for that.

    For your information my company (telecom services) reach globally an average under 30mn for MTTR.
