    Can someone advise me on the best BPM solutions used in the telecom sector and capable of interfacing with OSS / BSS applications ?

    Not open source, but definitely open with significant value-add, the Salesforce Customer Success Platform provides very rich business process management and workflow capabilities which can be defined in both a visual flowchart-type tool (Lightning Process Builder) as well as javascript-style programming (Salesforce Apex code). @Abhi Sur has already mapped out several TM Forum eTOM process flows to show how they are delivered and enhanced with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities.​

    We in Amdocs are using the Camunda BPM tool to model and execute flows, in our new AmdocsONE suite.
    You could take a look at Camunda's site here to find out more about their product, they claim to be open-source.
