The birthDate type in PartySpecification

    Hi, 

    I have a question connected with birthDate and deathDate in PartySpecification (TMF632).  Why both dates are presented there as a DateTime data type especialy with time zone e.g.: "birthDate": "1967-09-26T05:00:00.246Z"?
    In many systems the date of birth is a LocalDate.
