change price in order while quote is closed

  • 1.  change price in order while quote is closed

    the quote is closed and order is created.

    User want to change order price.

    Could I enable feature to reopen the quote just to change the quote prices and then update the order with these changes.

    Does this implementation align with TM forum standard?
