I am looking for the best way to model customer classifications into different categories. I have two possibilities in mind and would like to consult which one you think would be better:
Model it as a type of characteristic.
Model it using Party Role Category.
I haven't found any other options, but if there are any, I would appreciate it if you could mention them so I can look into them.
