in your opinion what is _the_ biggest use case for Enterprise Blockchain / Distributed Ledger Technology at Telco Customers ?

Anybody following my blogs will know I like Enterprise Blockchain, and am interested in positioning Enterprise Blockchain as a Technology Standard for use-cases and business demands at Telco Customers enabling them to run Enterprise Blockchain.

I talk to a lot of people about this and regularly get asked the same question, what is _the_ BIG use case for Blockchain in the Enterprise and at Telco  Customers ?

In my opinion, one of the biggest use cases for Blockchain in telecom is streamlining settlement and reconciliation between telecom operators. This includes areas like roaming agreements, interconnection settlements, and billing disputes.

Why?

1. Transparency & Trust: Blockchain ensures accurate, real-time records, reducing errors and disputes.
2. Cost Reduction: Automates manual processes, lowering administrative costs.
3. Fraud Prevention: Enhances security by making data manipulation more difficult.
4. Efficiency: Speeds up settlement processes, improving cash flow.

Blockchain could really transform how telecoms handle complex transactions and partner relations.
